Medium dark burgundy color with bright ruby rim. Cocoa dominates the aromatic profile, supported by black cherry notes and a slight amount of spirit poking through. This Gould Campbell is a massive and chewy Port, with deft balance overall. Brash boysenberry fruit that is thick and delicious, fresh due to great storage and the lively acidity. I loved the complex super long finish. My score seems conservative for this bottle, as the upside potential would've been at least two more decades. 93+ points
